Our Community

Located on the North Side of Pittsburgh, the North Boroughs includes the Communities of Bellevue and Avalon. We are considered one of the last remaining "walking communities" with parks, businesses, churches, and community centers only a few steps away. And with easy access to Highways 65 and 279, we are within minutes of downtown Pittsburgh and Cranberry. Young families are finding our community a great place to purchase their first home, raise a family, and connect to their neighbors.

Pittsburgh

Pittsburgh is the second largest city in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the United States. It is the county seat of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. It is the economic, cultural, academic, and service hub of the Pittsburgh Metro Area and the Pittsburgh Tri-State. Built on the land between the confluence of the Allegheny, Ohio and Monongahela rivers and the surrounding hills, Pittsburgh features a skyline of skyscrapers and dozens of bridges.

Pittsburgh remains the chief city of the eastern Ohio River Valley. Because of its setting, economic opportunities, low cost of living, and growing educational, cultural and medical infrastructures, Pittsburgh has been ranked multiple times as one of the nation's most livable cities.
